We played a good team, a physical team and reduced them to panicked play and tactics. I’m gutted we didn’t get a result but whereas it feels like we’ve lost games before, that was a game that we come out with more wins than not. We countered well, Cody was a handful all game for them and Jack, Seb, Tommy and Louis in particular got in supporting positions. Our midfield also got back more often than not and our defence was consistently strong through the game. For that reason men of the match were our 2 centre backs Theo and Charlie. Reave was reliable when they were beaten but EVERYONE deserves a shout for their workrate and concentration, with some nice bursts of good football at times too.
